Membership Renewal
Membership dues should be paid prior to each June 1, but in no event later than August 1 of each year. Members who have not renewed and paid their dues in full by August 1 will be expelled as defined in the Bylaws and will not be included in the directory being published in November.
Please note that SWCA is at or near the total membership allowed by the Bylaws. A member's falure to pay dues on time could result in not only mandatory expulsion but also the need to go on a waiting list for re-application.
THERE CAN BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Continued membership in the Southwest Chemical Association requires attendance at a minimum of two of the regular luncheon meetings each year.
